1. Use of Our Service
picloom-net lets you upload image files to our cloud so that our background removal and colorization models can process them. You agree to upload only images that you own or have a verifiable right to process, and to use the output in a way that complies with the copyright, privacy and publicity laws that apply to you. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise 24/7 availability — scheduled maintenance, regional capacity constraints or rare outages may briefly interrupt access.

The photos you upload stay yours. We keep them only as long as it takes to run the model, return the result and let you download it, after which they are deleted from our processing servers. picloom-net does not mine your uploads for advertising profiles and does not use your files as training data for current or future models.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the picloom-net service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, and you consent to that jurisdiction when you use the service.
The picloom-net brand, the picloom.net interface design, the product copy, the software and every other creative element shipped with the service are owned by and protected under the copyright laws of Hong Kong and international treaties.
